Our satisfaction guaranteed policy doesn't cover ordinary wear & tear or damage caused by improper use.

POLICY:

1. K.B.B does not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind on any item in our store. As all sales are final please be sure to inspect all details of each item and read descriptions carefully before purchasing. *Putting in the correct details are VERY important to your order.*

2. Pick up is NO LONGER available. We ONLY offer delivery/meet up locations for locals. Meetup location will be provided to you once your order is paid for. As for delivery there is a fee & grace period of 5 minutes. So please be considerate if you are not within that timeframe your order will be shipped to the provided address.

3. FOR SHIPPING - Shipping is 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

*Once your order is received by the carrier we are no longer responsible for the package. You will be referred to the carrier as any questions or concerns should be through them. A signature is required at the time of delivery.

4. We carry lengths 16-30" on hand regularly unless we're sold out. For lengths longer than 30" please refer to our custom orders section under your preferred hair collection.

5. If it isn't listed on our "PICK ME UP TODAY" page all orders for wigs and 613 hair can be placed as normal but will be considered a preorder. K.B.B will not rush orders in an attempt to accommodate appointments. (Processing Is 8 business days + Shipping 2-4 business days)

COSMETICS POLICY:

Due to the nature of our products, all cosmetic purchases made from our site are final & nonexchangeable. K.B.B is NOT responsible for any skin breakouts or allergic reactions as most of our cosmetics are handmade. Please be sure to read ALL of the product descriptions & ingredients listed under each product. We 100% recommend doing the patch test on your skin prior to use, as anyone can have allergens that they are unaware of. Discontinue the use of any of our products should irritation occur.
