Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, all sales are considered final.
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

- Cosmetics
- Lashes
- Lip products
- Hair accessories
- Opened, used, or altered items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves Kompleted Beauty Bar. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
Our goal is to ensure every customer receives the Kompleted Experience. If an issue occurs with your order, we’ll work promptly to provide the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, we may provide:
A replacement item
Store credit
Another appropriate resolution at our discretion
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind purchases or for opened or used products.
If a replacement is unavailable or a suitable resolution cannot be provided, Kompleted Beauty Bar reserves the right to issue a refund to the original payment method when appropriate.
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellation
Orders begin processing quickly to ensure timely shipping.
For this reason, order cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before processing begins.
